Cape Town is a South African city at the core of the fashion world. Many photo productions take place there at any given time of the year. Not only is it a most beautiful city, with beaches and palm-trees, but also its inhabitants are very diversified, with many spoken languages, and many people working in the fashion industry.
Built at the West-Southernest part of South Africa, Cape Town enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean climate. This paradisiac city is much liked by fashion professionals and there are many modeling agencies present, thus removing potential travel costs.
The main spoken language is Afrikaans, but more than a quarter of the people speak native English, thus facilitating the organisation of foreign photo productions. Cape Town is therefore one of the best cities to organize a shooting, especially during its summer (which is winter for the northern hemisphere).
